Starting last thursday, I’ve been doing a lot of hiking, which is what I’m going to do the most of to lose this weight!
My work-out schedule for the last week has been like this:
Thursday: 20 min walking
Friday: 1 hr hiking & 1 hr spinning
Saturday: 45 min hiking
Sunday: 1 hr hiking
Monday: Day off
Tuesday: 2 hr and 15 min hiking
Wednesday: 1 hr and 10 min hiking & 25 min walking
